Emma's First Birthday!

We had Emma's first birthday on her actual birthday, March 11th. We had it at Outside In, in Jeffersonville, Indiana. It was a good venue, but we probably will not be returning for Emma's birthdays in the future. The woman I spoke to on the phone did was not clear at all. I asked if it was big enough for 50 people, she said yes (apparently she thought I said 15). The room was tiny and had two big windows for the family to look in. They was seats for the rest of the people to eat but they weren't part of our area. They said the bounce houses and mini golf were included, but they did not mention that they were only included for TEN of the kids! They gave us three what they call "medium" pizzas & we bought 4 more at $10.00 each so we could feed everyone. They said ice cream and drinks were included, again what they DID NOT mention on the phone was that they were ONLY provided for the kids. We got ten ice cream cups & everyone had to pay $2.00 to get a drink, at least there were free refills. If adults wanted to golf they had to pay $10.00 also, that was not mentioned either! So all in all it turned out ok in the end, and this place would be nice if you were having a nice LITTLE party, but my husband has so much family that there's no way in the world Emma is EVER going to have a LITTLE party :) Which we are not complaining about the family members, I love that Emma has so many relatives that love her to pieces! ANYWHO! Here are some pictures from that day from when our baby girl turned ONE YEAR OLD!
