BestBuy is off their game!

     Well last year for Christmas people would have pre-ordered items from bestbuy and just a little bit before Christmas bestbuy told people they weren't getting the items they purchased. People were furious, for good reason.

     ANYWHO! My laptop was a shelf model because I finally found the only one I wanted and they were out of stock. So they were SUPPOSED to restore it to be like a real laptop instead of a demo. They have a program on their demo laptops called "Archie" it's for people who steal shelf models, once they leave the store with it it's basically a heap of junk, unusable. Which I thought was a smart idea, until the stupid geek squad didn't delete it correctly off my laptop or something. I couldn't download Opera browser or iTunes. My husband looked up how to formate it correctly and we were able to download things (which is weird since before that trouble, I had no problem downloading irfanview, tango, google chrome or Z4). My husband called bestbuy and told them what happened  they said it was only a temporary fix and we have to bring it back in to get it fixed properly.
