Orange Chicken!

My first post, W00T lol.

    This month my husband, Shawn, and I started dieting. We're using the MyFitnessPal app on our smart phones. We've actually been doing really good sticking to it! He's lost 10 pounds so far! I'm so proud of him! I've lost 6 pounds so far which is exciting for me because since 2005 (I was 125lbs then) I just started putting on weight and more weight and NOTHING worked for me. (I blame my ex husband for my weight gain since I was skinny till I met him lol) 7 years later it's finally working! Guess it's always better to have someone close to you going through the dieting process at the same time. All we're doing is counting calories and playing Wii Sports for exercise.

    Anyway! My two favorite dishes I haven't really been able to eat much because 1. We don't have the money to eat out right now and 2. They don't really fit into our calorie budget. My two favorite things to eat EVER is the Five Cheese Ziti at Olive Garden & Orange Chicken from basically any Chinese restaurant. Well today Shawn and I went to Kroger and we compared all the calories on stuff and right now he's cooking us Orange Chicken & rice. He's amazing and I'm glad one of us can cook!

  1. Of course the orange chicken was a disappointment, how could it not be? The real thing is ALWAYS better!
