Ignition is the sequel to the book Catalyst by the amazing Matti McLean! If you read my last post about Catalyst then you know how much high praise I gave it and how much I LOVED it! I was so sad when I got to the last page of Catalyst, and I instantly asked Matti when book two was coming out. He's hoping for a release date this August, that is if the kickstarter fundraiser goes the way he hopes. He has till May 30th to raise $4,000! That's only 33 days! So please help make this amazing book happen! If you like superheros and themes like V for Vendetta then you'll love this series! All you have to do is go to:
From there you can donate as much as you want, but the minimum you can donate is $1.00. No matter what you donate Matti has something to give back to you as a 'Thank You'! I told you he's awesome! This website does not keep any of the donated money, but if he does not reach $4,000.00 then he does not receive the money. What is the money for you may ask (well you would know the answer if you click the link above... CLICK IT!) Getting published is expensive, especially if you're doing it by yourself. He has a short deadline which makes it more expensive. The money will help him hire an editor, illustrator, designer and getting copies of the book to bring with him to events such as Word on the Street, Fan Expo, and the Toronto Science Fiction Convention.
